Our Patrons
Since starting in 2013, BC has grown thanks to the support of our dedicated actors, our production team and you our loyal customers, producing 25 shows to date on very low budgets. By 2017 it was becoming increasingly tricky to keep performing let alone keep up with our ambition for growth.
Our patrons are here to help us with our ever growing costs and our ever growing ambition to evolve the company year by year!
Fact: without our patrons direct support, Bowler Crab would never have been able to produce its pocket production collection and the company would have folded entirely by now. With ever increasing costs, now in 2023 we need more help than ever if we wish to get bigger, better and deliver more Shakespeare to the world of even higher quality.
Who Are The Patrons?
Tim & Julie Wren of
Rye School of English
Tim and Julie were our first patrons to join in 2017.
Our First Platinum Patrons!
"Without Tim and Julie's support, we would have really struggled to get our productions advertised at all so enormous thanks must go to them for being the first to join the patrons programme"
- Stephen John (Bowler Crab Director & Founder)
